Now that you do not have any symptoms you do not have to worry about anything .just make sure you follow the same safety precautions and social distancing and usage of masks to prevent further exposure and possible reinfection. there is no need of taking 3rd shot just because you haven't developed antibodies. Diffrent bodies are reacting differently to vaccines. When did you get your titre done?

So it is advised to take vaccination a little later.
But to decide that you have to check the antibody levels. If they are below required limit then vaccination can be taken.
If they are optimum then you can delay it.

dear, sorry to know about ill health. Hopefully you have a fast recovery. Once you have completely recovered from covid it is advisable to take the vaccine after 4 to 6 weeks as it is most effective then. You need antibody titres in some cases.
