If money is not a problem than only go for cord blood banking of stem cells and contact your nearby retailer and you personally go and visit the premises to see how they store the samples and stem cells will only be required if your baby has some auto immune disease etc.

BHMS, MD - Homoeopathy

Homeopathy Doctor•Lucknow
Chemo and radiation are today's most reliable treatment but with lots of side effects specially at this age of patient. There are medicines in homoeopathy but the treatment plan in homoeooathy is less reliable than chemo and radio. So plz go for chemo and radio and for covering up their side effects, homoeopathy can help you surely.

Dear lybrate-user,
surgery followed by radiotherapy and chemotherapy is the established standard treatment for stage 111 carcinoma body uterus. Yes post chemotherapy hormones can be given if the hormonal receptors were positive. Rest immunotherapy, ayurveda, homeopathy all claim the effects but is not very well established.
Truly.

He wakes up 6-7 times at night to pass urine and as a result has a disturbed sleep. 8.He has been constantly having cough and pain along the lower back and spinal cord. If surgery needs to be done, how critical would that be? Life threats now versus Post surgery? Can surgery be avoided? Any effective oral medication?

Appears kidney cancer with spread to lung. PET/CT scan will show all the body parts affected with it, so that it can be analysed and managed better. Surgery is not required when there is already metastasis (spread). Oral medications are available to keep a control over the growth of tumor so that life can be extended. Please consult a qualified medical oncologist near by for further analysis and prescription.

He would need a CT thorax to confirm the size and number of metastasis. Also a bone scan would be advisable if bone pain or raised alkaline phosphate level in blood. PET CT scan can be done instead of both the above investigations. MRI brain if symptomatic.
If he is asymptomatic for the lung mets and his general condition is good and tumor is resectable and not poor prognosis on IMDC criteria (based on some blood reports and contition of Patient), then I prefer to to a cytoreductive nephrect...more
