Hello.
It often happens that in pcos there is significant weight gain. Do not loose heart, continue with lifestyle modification. Do regular exercise and 30 min of brisk walk.
Avoid high calorie food take small meals at regular intervals get some basic investigations like blood sugar (both fasting and and after 2 hours of 75 gram glucose intake, tsh,prolactin and serum testosterone.

Hello.
Its advisable that with pcos and thyroid problem you get pregnancy as soon as possible.
Talk to your doctor that you dont want to delay pregnancy, loose weight, do regular exercise, get some basic investigations like blood for tsh, sugar,prl etc done. As per your periods do timed intercourse, you can use normoz and duphaston.
These drugs will be helpful in both pcos as well as in pregnancy.

You can do beta hcg blood test. 1.You should maintain high grade of personal hygiene. 2.Do change your underclothes at least 2 times a day
3.Wear cotton under garments
4.Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids.
5.Keep the area dry

Actually the data is for 2 years for the bortezomib maintenance post bone marrow transplant.
However it may be continued if there is no toxicity due to same.
So would request to discuss with the physician and if there is no toxicity it may be prudent to continue the same.
The expected toxicity would be sensory neuropathy.
