I hope it is a regular chest pain and cough. But you never know with you smoking and all. You msut visit a doctor and examine teh chest pain to see that you are not developing some cardiac problem. Whatever happens the smoking must stop. It is very bad habit and if these symptoms are connected to the habit, this may hopefully be the last of your smoking. For cold take tablet cetrizine at night and For cough take syp ascoril-D 2.5 ml twice a day and restrict smoking till you are asymptomatic

Stop smoking other wise you will face problem. No body will help you out. Get x-ray chest done, back with report. Mean time you can take syr honey tus 1tsf tds, 1tab sinarest before bed, steam inhalation. Saline gargles, it will help you. Thank you.
