Breast pain could be due to multiple causes including cyclical mastalgia, trauma, abscess, cyst, fibrocystic disease or rarely cancer. Better to see a breast surgeon and get a mammography or ultrasound as per his opinion. Nose bleed cannot be explained by breast pain. Need to see an ENT surgeon for same. Costochondritis sometimes mimicked Breast pain, leading to painful catch on deep breathing. But examination is essential to ascertain the cause of same.
