Your chest apperance is due to distorted hypertrophy of muscles (increase size of muscle. Their is no point of consulting a plastic surgeon for the same. You can hire a gym trainer who can guide you to develop all your muscles proportionately.

Hi
tretinoin 0.5%is a strong retinoid and it can cause peeling in some. However, it is the first and best topical cream indicated for acne. I suggest to shift to a lower percentage of retinoids like 0.025%percent and apply moisturizer before and after it. And avoid facewash for 3 days to settle your skin.

I am 22 years old since I started menstruating its always been irregular, iâm not a virgin and I thought this would change when I start having sex, but its been the same. Most times I menstruate consecutively for 5 months and it doesât show up in the remaining months and vice versa. Other times I skip a month or two till the end of the year. My major concern right now is that I'm naturally a hairy person and have hairs all over my body. However, i'd like to be transparent about my existing medication: thyroxine sodium tablets - 25 mg every morning before breakfast. Metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets - 500 mg after dinner. Could you please advise if there could be any interactions or side effects by combining these medications with the skincare routine recommended?
