the yellow colour of our teeth depends on our skin tone too.
With age also our teeth get yellow colour due to the deposition of enamel; which is normal. If the function of the teeth are not affected and they are not giving your smile an ugly look. In that case you should just bear with them.

Visit a dentist and go for ultrasonic scaling (cleaning) and recession usually occurs due to calculus deposit and you can use stolin gum paint massage the ointment on gums for a minute aftr brushing and rinse with water use this for a week.
