You have corn and need to use corn caps or do laser therapy .Soak your feet in warm water and use a pumice stone or callus file to reduce corns and calluses. Gently move the stone in a circle or side-to-side to remove dead skin. You can do this in the shower too.

Avoid flat thin hard footwear. Heat fomentation by dipping your foot in warm water for 30 min. You may add savlon in that. Avoid prolong pressure on affected limb. Use corn caps. Use Dr. Scholl footwear. They are soft thick and smooth.
