Get her physically checked up with the GP nearby and follow the treatment as advised. For now give a dose of Nux 30 this will ease to some extent. But she will require a different medication after this.

Most likely you are having post traumatic epilepsy. Based on the ct/ mri brain and eeg reports usually neurologist will plan the treatment. As you are mentioning some "little convulsions" which have to be discussed in detail with neurologist and treatment will be planned accordingly.
