There could be multiple reasons of it. One of the major cause could be gingivitis. It is mild gum disease. It is an infection caused by germs called bacteria and ccurs when there is a buildup of plaque (sticky film) on your teeth and gums.

Hello, 3 days back I had my fully mesial impacted wisdom tooth (left down side) removed using surgical method (where some part of bone was cut) I have stitches in there. So far I have followed all topical instructions from dentist. I wanted to know if I can fully open my mouth now? And if I do so then will it delay healing or cause dry socket or impact the stitches? And also please advise how long do I need to avoid gym/weight training. When can I start to have hard food also if possible advise food which will accelerate healing and prevent dry socket? Also please confirm the medications given are good. I have attached x-ray and prescription really sorry for too many questions, thanks in advance for your valuable answers.

Teeth flurosis can be fixed with cosmetic treatments only, as no filling will stay on the tooth as the bond of the filling and tooth is weaker in case of flurosis.
You can opt for - veneers / crowns of the teeth visible when you smile.

Mein 6 saal se teeth saaf nhi krta hu regular kabhi kabhi brush kar leta hu. Mera lower part me left side ka molar teeth aadha tuta hua h. Or mai brush isiliye nhi krta hu qki jb bhi brush krta hu toh spit bahut aane lgti koi bhi paste se krta hu toh, jab tak khana nhi kha leta hu tab tak spit nikalye rhta h isiliye brush nhi krta hu. Lekin abb future ko dhayan rkhte huye dar lg rha h. Sir please help me.

Powdered salt is very rogh n will harm your teeth irreparably oil pulling if has any good effect has not been proved of any benefit scientificly.
