involuntary blinking of both eyes suggests blepharospasm.
Most common cause of this is dry eyes. You should use lubricating eyedrop frequently. I would suggest you to consult local ophthalmologist and get proper ophthalmic check up.

It may be due to allergic condition of eyes. Splash you eyes with cold water frequently. Use clean handkerchief to wipe them, do not rub the eyes.

Instructions for computer use:
take frequent breaks while you are working
every 20-25 mins take break to look away from screen
blink more frequently'
level of screen should be below the level of eyes
ac should not blow directly on your face. Also get your eyes checked for any spectacle power.

could be due to allergy
allergy can be controlled easily using eye drops. But there are many eye drops and specific eye drops can only be prescribed after seeing the eye clinically as treatment depends on severity. also dip a handkerchief in little cold water and keep over closed eyes.. you will feel better

In case of conjunctivitis with severe pain as described by you, it would probably be a better idea to use antibiotic eye drops as well in conjunction with lubricants and anti-allergic eye drops.
The ideal protocol would be to get your eye checked in person by your eye specialist.

you should go a eye check up again because there might be any change your number. Wash your eyes with clean water twice daily and instill 2 drops of CmD2 eye drop in each eye twice daily.
