Crocin or paracetamol is used for getting symptomatic relief from fever. It is not the cure for any disease. I will need to know what other problems she is facing now. And then only would be able to suggest you something. As the fever is increasing day by day and it has reached a high value. I would suggest you to do something promptly. It's not a good sign. Show to some Dr. preferably offline.

Immediately contact a good nearby hospital and get tetanus vaccine and immunoglobulin. Though the first symptom is usually jaw spasm, it would be better not to take a risk and get a physical checkup by a good doctor.

The only symptoms I have now is occasional mild fever, frequent mild headaches and some weightless (about 5 kg) no abdominal pains, no yellowing of eyes or skin ive been diagnosed with chronic hbv since 2015 and i'm 33 years old. My last checked viral load is august 2022 - 78 iu/ml april 2023 - 1700 iu/ml. My gp recommended treatment for me as he assumed there was active replication of virus. So I have been taking tenofovir disoproxil fumarate tablets ip 300 mg daily for almost 6 weeks now. I recently consulted a specialist who asked for some more tests including an abdominal ct scan, head ct scan and a fibroscan. And tests revealed I have moderate fatty liver but no scaring or fibrosis. Liver function and size remains normal. All other organs appear normal. Specialist mentioned that I shouldn't have started tenofovir treatment as my liver alt levels and viral load indicate no need for treatment. My question now is do I continue taking the antiviral tenofovir df (as it can have long term side effects) or I can stop and use ayurvedic medication like liv 52hb to control viral replication. I still experience the symptoms but weight loss has slowed down. Also can my liver condition (hbv /fatty liver) be a cause of the symptoms I am getting? Thank you for this platform.

Since monocef is a antibiotic, so stopping it with out consuming the full course is not recommended. It can only be stopped if there is any severe allergic reaction and in this case since its already taken for 2 days so no chance of allergy. Vomiting, heaviness can either be due to the fever itself or due to the drug. Just take tab pan d once a day 30 mins before breakfast daily, continue dolo if fever persist. Take light diet but rich in protein and vitamin for few days. Usually fever will subs...more

The complaints may be due to viral fever which may last upto 5 days and then subside. High eosinophil count suggests some allergy somewhere in the body and cause of which has to be detected by doctor. See if you have regular dry cough which may be due to allergy called tropical eosinophilia. You should maintain a diary to record your body temperature with the help of thermometer daily 3 times in a day. Consult a physician - internal medicine - md if complaints remain beyond 5-7 days for proper i...more
