Give them plenty of fluids like water or soup, so they are hydrated. Food should be light and easily digestible. Most likely it is viral fever and will go away on itself.

stop using cold things, A.c fried food fast food junk food. use only home made food.
betadine gargle add 5 ml solution in hot to warm water gargle it before meals n spite it out.
azee500 one per day for five days .
zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days
montek lc one at night for five days .

2. Take bath with little warm water 3. Do steam inhalation regularly at least once a day
4. Warm salt water gargles daily 5 no cold water / cold drinks / ice creams and so on
6. No smoking/ avoid pollution 7. Wash hands after use of bath room and before and after eating food.

Also get tested for pfhrpii and pldh rapid diagnostic tests for malaria and igm elisa for dengue. If these are negative typhoid, leptospirosis and scrub typhus are the next common causes.

However blood test for -- malaria dengu typhoid needs to be done for sure.
Beside that urine test for routine and culture needs to be done
