it causes severe issues like pain during movement and limitations in ROM, better to go for reduction along with physiotherapy or else soon it will lead on to arthritis changes

It might be due to varicose veins inflammation or it might be due to ligament injury in the knee. The conservative management would be to keep ice in that inflamed area during one time in a day and to wear either knee cap or varicose veins stockings.

Your symptom is suggestive of varicocele (scrotum). Possibly you have done a usg abdomen, which showed some lymph nodes etc. Both conditions could be interrelated. You need a detailed examination by a physician for diagnosis and proper treatment.
