I suffer from acne and vitiligo (on my breast and knees), recently my dermatologist put me on isotretinoin 20 mg daily for my acne, i’m worried it’ll aggravate my vitiligo, should I stop taking the medication or lower my dose? I use melgain lotion for my vitiligo.

If you have any previous reports share them with me. Anemia or low rbc or hb could be caused due to various underlying diseases. It needs a complete evaluation. As per your history it seems your brother has some malabsorption which is causing decrease nutrients absorption and less production of blood cells. But nothing could be suggested as 100% without proper evaluation. Text consult for the same.

I had my jaundice 15 20 days ago my bilirubin was 2.8 and now it is 1.9 I have nausea and acidity in stomach is there something to worry about? My doctor suggested me a endoscopy too but I do not think it is needed.
