Hello-
Emergency contraceptive pills are effective only if taken within 72 hours of sex. So you can not do anything now. Its better to wait fro the menses and hope for the best. Sex does not lead to pregnancy always, so it might be possible that your partner skips pregnancy this time.

Miss lybrate-user, chances of pregnancy are remarkably low. But in doubt you can take unwanted 72 if the act occurred within 72 hours.

The chemicals used in the process haven't been proven safe for baby. The only exception is lactic acid, which is considered okay to use during pregnancy because it's found naturally in your body. It also can be gentler to your sensitive skin. If your doctor approves it, you can have a lactic acid peel

There is no fixed time in which one bleeds after taking ipill. Sometimes unexpected bleeding occurs more over it is not necessary. Next menstrual cycle can be early or delayed as side effects of the pill.

It's not normal to bleed during pregnancy. If spotting has occurred, take care. Don't do heavy work. Restful life. Light food. Get blood test for beta hcg. Ultrasound abdomen to get a clear picture of pregnancy.
