Pelvic pain may be a sign of menstrual cramps, ovulation, or a gastrointestinal issue such as a food intolerance. It can also develop due to a more serious problem. Usually, temporary pelvic pain is not a cause for concern. However, it could be a sign of pregnancy. If still in doubt, you may discuss it further over a call.
Thanks.

Levocetirizine pregnancy warnings
this drug should be used during pregnancy only if clearly needed. Animal studies have failed to reveal evidence of fetal harm and teratogenicity. There are no controlled data in human pregnancy.
Most of the medical problems need personally taking detailed medical history and examination with the need for reports sometimes so meet concerned doctor- obstetrician.

Is there any chance of pregnancy. If yes then you need to do urine pregnancy test. It should be done 10 days after missing your period. For example if your date was 10th, then do the test on 20th. Before that it can give false negative or false positive test. So you need to wait n repeat test
if no then get your thyroid profile, cbc, fsh, prolactin, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab.If everything is normal then do an ultrasound of abdomen.
For more details you can consult me.
