Hello-
eat a healthy, well-balanced diet. Consumption of fatty foods leads to the production of plaque that clogs arteries and blocks the flow of blood to the heart. This plaque can also block the arteries leading to the genitals, interfering with the ability to achieve an erection.
Include pumpkin seeds, bee pollen or royal jelly in your diet.
Avoid alcohol, especially before sexual encounters.
Be sure to maintain a regular exercise regiment.

Fertile period depends on menstrual cycle frequency. If periods come every 28-30 days then fertile period is from 9th day of cycle to 19 th day of your menstrual cycle. If period comes more frequent than 28 days then 8 th day is also fertile day.

Hi! I think you mean you are 35 weeks 5 days pregnant. Well the weight depends on the weight gain during your pregnancy. Normal weight gain during pregnancy should be 8-10 kg. So what was your weight when you got pregnant and now it is 51.8 kg. So if your weight gain is total between 8-10 kg then that is normal.

Hello, Chances are less of getting pregnant, as you had taken protection and otherwise also 6th day after period is a less risk period for pregnancy. Still if you miss your next period, then go for a pregnancy test and rule it out.
