Hi lybrate-user,
while going through this verbatim, it appears that your condition of ocd and depression is not yet remitted completely and that is probably due to undertreatment. The treatment you are getting still need to be optimized and dose of fluvoxamine should be increased to 300 mg per day. Clonazepam need to be tapered off and stopped gradually. If needed a medicine from tca class can be added as an augmentation strategy or as an add on.

Hello. It would be helpful if you could specify since how long you have been taking these medicines and also since how long have you used alcohol. Erection problems could be psychogenic, or it could be the side effect of a medicine or long term use of alcohol. If it is causing hindrance in your sexual life, I suggest you consult a psychiatrist.

Hi,
yes, you can try cypon 5 ml twice daily and increase to 10 mg twice daily if required. It's in your best interest if you take her to a pediatrician for detailed assessment of poor oral intake so that a definite cause can be found and an appropriate treatment or management can be planned.
