Ketamine can help as an antidepressant and it's effects are very short lived. You can consider changing the combination of medications for you feel your OCD symptoms aren't under control. Remember OCD is a long term probably life time condition. Good luck.

Get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. I need details of the case. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.

Amitriptyline takes 2-3 weeks to start its action. It works only at a particular dose that will be built every 2-3 weeks by your doctor. If you still don't respond, the doctor will shift to more effective drug. You don't need clonazepam at this young age of 21 years.
