yes this condition absolutely need to maintain.
It can be control with medicine.
Diet and exercise are complimentary to medicine.
On a diet cut down aachar, parathas or whatever excessive oil you consume with fried food.
On an exercise level cardio and cycling will be sufficiant.
Please consult your personal doctor or to me for medicine which is necessary to start with.

first of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time
2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black
3.dont drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml
4.avoid late nght sleep
take following remedies
1.triphala kadha 4 tsp before lunch and dinner
2.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach

You want foods that boost sexual desire. I advice you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily to detoxify body. Take fruits like banana, apples, guava, mango. Take dry fruits like 2 to 3 almonds daily. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Follow this and give feedback.

- take whole grain cereals like oats, daliya, etc. Instead of refined cereals like maida
- drink 2-3l water daily
- include more salad and green leafy vegetables in your diet
- drink 2-3 jasmine green tea daily
- do 45 min brisk walk daily
- avoid fried food, sugary food and carbonated drinks.
