Asked for female, 35 years old from Kanpur

Diagnosed with partially dessicated l4/5, l5/s disc with mild posterior central disc protrusions, leading to tackle sac and attendant cauda equina nerve roots indentation with bilateral lateral recesses compromise, leading to bilateral l5 and s1 exiting nerve root indentation. Dessicated l3/4 disc with mild posterior central disc bulge leading to tackle sac and attendant cauda equina nerve roots indentation. Suffering with nerve pain in foot and a lot of burning sensation. Please suggest what's the problem exactly and what should be the treatment.

My father is 55 years age. He had retina operation 20 days back and doctors told to don’t wet the hair but unfortunately 2 days back he rinsed in rain for 5 min and now he is having heavy pain in head and nerves he went for some private clinic they prescribed zincofer tab and aceclofenac with paracetamol tablet but still he is having more pain in head and nerves. Can anyone pls suggest the medicine for this?

Few days ago, I started experiencing some type of nerve pain below my bellybutton and very near to penis, whenever I wash my penis with water. Or I can say it is due to stretching. Hi, so couple years ago (2 or 3) I had a bacterial infection and got it multiple times. Because of this I had to repeatedly take metronidazole. It caused me to have a severe reaction that caused horrible nerve pain. My calves were burning, my body was twitching all over. I had nervous shocks all over. I stopped taking it and got prescribed some benzos and the pain stopped eventually. However, I still continue to have non stop twitches in my left leg and toes. I still don’t know the diagnosis as seeing a neurologist is so expensive and i’m poor. A lot of medications I took after the nerve damage caused me to have the same symptoms but basic meds like dph or panadol didn’t affect me. My question here though is related to the cavity 19 vaccine. I want to take it but I am deathly scared that it will cause that agonizing pain again. What is your advice?
