Yeah it might due to your pcod and also due to stress. Try to take bath in the bath tub with aroma soaps and oils which will definitely help you to get out of stress and also will facilitate to have sound sleep. Since when r you having this? Check your thyroid profile, bp, vit b12, and blood sugar. In the meanwhile follow this follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
