No oil breakfast combo. For weight loss
An average healthy indian male with moderate work activity needs around 60 to 70 gms protein per day depending on his weight though.

In this combo, no fat, 13 gms protein from eggs, 11 gms protein from milk shake, so almost 25gm protein altogether. Makes it a very healthy option as breakfast is the important meal of the day, one can distribute the remaining required proteins in other meals,

Hello, Supplements are anyways not important for muscle building. A tailor made diet chart which is supervised by a qualified nutritionist will help. Digestion is the reflection of what do you eat. If you eat right things the digestion process would be natural and if you eat wrong you might have to take some laxatives. A dietitian can help you better.

Hye,
Thanks for the query.
Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine.
It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help.
Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps weight gain.
Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 main and mid m...more

If you are over weight & fatty then its normal to have some extra fat in your breast area. But if you have problem with that try some specific exercise to burn out that fat. If you have excessive big male breast then go for surgery- medicine doesn't usually help much.
Thanks.

Hello,

Excessive dryness, licking the lips, any inflammation, dehydration can lead to loss of moisture from the skin or lips and make them look red!

So, drink 10-12 glasses of water everyday, stop licking or biting the lips, don't pick the lips, keep them suppled with application of good lip balm with vitamin E and SPF, don't rub them, maintain hygiene. Covering your lips with a scarf when you're outside during the winter can also help prevent dry lips.
