Treatment is extraction with a needle, cauterisation with a radiofrequency cautery machine, vaporization with a co2 laser and cryotherapy. It is quite normal for new lesions to appear during treatment, due to autoinoculation, and therefore one has to be patient.

I would suggest a combo treatment of monthly intralesional steroid injections along with silicone gel sheets. Cryotherapy can also be useful. The treatment cost depends on course on the size of the lesion. At my clinic it starts at rs. 500 per session.

in most cases cin1 regresses spontaneously.
go for repeat pap smear and HPV testing after 6 months ,if it has regressed then go for annual checkups.
if it has not regressed or has progressed to cin2 then you should go for colposcopy guided biopsy

Thyroid can be tested by blood test for tft. Ii will reveal hypo or hyper thyroid disease. If you send me the report I can analyze. For piles there is cryotherapy, banding and other methods as planned by a surgeon.

Hi. May be you have tendinitis. Do cryotherapy (ice) at the thumb joint for 15-20 minutes and then do deep friction with volitra gel till it absorbed. And then wrap with crepe bandage and please do not use that hand for few days. This is the tip. If you get cure then thats really good for you. If not then go for best physiotherapist for ultrasonic, tens and laser therapy (if available).

Keloid cannot be removed completely. They require some injection therapy. Which is given by dermatologist only.
