Pearly penile papules are harmless tiny growths on the penis which occur in 1 out of every 3 or 4 males. They are totally normal and have no ill effect on your health or sexual life. However, if you are really worried about them, you can get them removed by your local dermatologist using procedures like cryotherapy.

Most people with a healthy immune system won’t need to seek treatment for molluscum contagiosum. These bumps usually fade away without medical intervention. To enhance immunity, ayurveda is the best. Cryotherapy and curettage, laser, topical therapy is in vogue in allopathy. Homoeopathy also offers some solutions.

Dear Mr Avijit, Icing has since long been used to decrease swelling or oedema, but there is stipulated duration to its use for therapeutic purposes, if your swelling has developed recently (24 to48 hrs) it may be recommended, but there is scanty evidence in medical literature that a long standing case of odema or swelling around the joint may respond to icing or cryotherapy, I suggest you to consult your Physio or Doc in your case for further clarification
