The white colour gum may be mucus with stool you referring to. The intestines produce mucus normally also but the amount get increased in cases of intestinal infections or other problems as fissures, piles, constipation etc. It isadviced to personally consult a doctor who may on his discretion ask for a stool test as well can begin treatment for your constipation and this mucus concern.

Yellow colour/paleness of eyes is not a disease but an indication of underlying disease. Yellow eyes along with yellow urine strongly suggests jaundice which can be due to various reasons like obstructive jaundice or simple hepatitis etc, I strongly advice you to visit a physician and get few tests like live function tests, ultrasonography abdomen done and clinical correlation
