Try to include fresh seasonal fruits like papaya and banana in your diet daily.

Dear lybrate-user. If you any abnormal symptoms then see a gastroenterologist, who will decide for colonoscopy which is a office procedure. In which the doctor see inner side of the large intestine. Definitely small lesions are sometimes not picked up on imaging. Colonoscopy is the best to see them.
