Colostomy is opening of intestines to bypass obstruction, it is not a radical treatment. If acute emergency then go for colostomy, otherwise first treat septicaemia with antibiotics then only go for surgery.

Doctor, what might be the reasons for constipation, is it colon cancer or some intestinal parasites.
bad habits of eating foods, junk/fast food/ oily meal/ and bad life style can cause for constipation.
Eat green veg. More fiber foods. Avoid fatty foods,junk foos,oily meal, drink plenty of water.take digestive meal . Syp. Aristozyme 10 ml thrice a day.
Take tab. Charcol at night. Syp . Livoluk 10 ml at night.

Dear Sir, There is lot of improvements in the treatment of colorectal cancer. For liver metastases, the treatment has to be individualised. What we follow at our hospital is a customised approach. Fissure is usually due to hard stools. Usually it is not associated with colon cancer.
Rarely, if colon cancer leads to constipation and hard stools, then it may lead to fissure.
Rectal cancers are associated with piles due to blockage of the rectal veins by the tumour.
