There is no study as such which can help kill cancer cells by using fruits. It's better to go according to the proven line of management. Chemotherapy in colon cancer is usually very effective.

What are the symptoms of colorectum / anal cancer? What are the possibilities of a healthy 23 year old who does not smoke drink vegetarian and no family history of cancer of any kind having colon rectum n anal cancer? I have the following problem since yesterday. I traveled to a place which was super hot and I dint keep myself hydrated at all bcuz of this when I went to pass motion I had to strain myself a lot. Then the 2 other times that I used the toilet, there was no pain the stool was ok with no blood but had little mucus. But after I cleaned the anal area with water I saw a little bloody mucus coming out and when I put water I get a pricking sensation. I had Anal fissure a month back which was cured with medicines. I read about colon rectum n anal cancer on Google. And now m very scared bcuz the symptom they mentioned are same as mine. Can I get a clear guidance from a doctor on this? I know this problem is something that should be examined. And I will go to a doctor in person. But as off now only this one question is bothering me whether the symptoms I mentioned suggest cancer?

There is nothing to be scared of, with your symptoms, looks like your fissure is still healing, thats why you have a bit of mucous. The main symptoms in colorectal malignancy are frank bleeding, mass per abdomen, loss of weight, all in above 50 years of age.

My dad is dealing with prostate cancer and metastatic i.e. Spread to bones. He is heart and diabetic patient as well. He had undergone surgery to remove testicles almost year back. Psa test shown low reading - 0.140 after surgery but start increasing gradually since then. Now psa stands at 18 and just had 2nd pet scan. Doctor compared both pet scans (6 months gap) before and after surgery and did not alarm anything new. No bone pain as such currently. Based on doctor prescription he stated zoledronic acid injection on monthly basis. 2 injections so far. He currently takes bicalutamide (50 mg) along with other calcium and vitamin d supplement here are the 2 major issues I need help1. After zoledronic acid injection. He got light fever for a week and nausea. His psa score was very low after surgery but gradually increasing in recent months now 18. He is taking bicalutamide (50 mg) (1 tablet daily) since november 2022. What are treatment options to treat the rising psa. I can share the pet scan and other reports. I am looking for a senior doctor opinion and follow up appointment. No homeopathic doctors please.

Cancer staging needs to do first. Different treatments / approaches are available for different stages. Psa will stop increasing only if we are able to treat the cancer or stop the cancer growth. Zoledronic acid & bicalutamide have limited role. Pet scans. Other reports & most imp patient s clinical condition will decide further treatment.

I am 52 years old. I have stage 4 pancreatic cancer spread to liver (adenocarcinoma). I have taken 6 cycles of chemotherapy and there was a break for 2 months. Recently I had some internal bleeding due to oesophageal varices and banding done. After that there was ascites in the peritoneal cavity. latest ct scan shows cancer cells are found to increase in liver and peritoneum. I have developed jaundice with 4.7 bilirubin. Is there any treatment for this.

You have not given details like- which uterine tumor, which biopsy, positive report means what report etc.
