Usually the biggest cause of ibs is sibo (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) in upto 80% cases. Probiotics in most cases is like adding fuel to fire. Good bacteria at wrong places can cause more problems. Only probiotics of certain species of bacteria have been found to be beneficial like the spore forming bacterias, since they are known to colonise in large intestine. You can consult me for deep analysis and solution!

In homeopathy, we don't have fixed medicines for specific diseases. Instead, we look at the person as a whole - their physical, mental, and emotional aspects. We take into account their individual characteristics, symptoms, and overall health. Everyone is unique, and homeopathic remedies are chosen based on these individual factors. It's a holistic approach to healing that considers the whole person, not just their disease.

Requirement of surgery depends on the severity of the symptoms and the patient/family preference. Hypospadias can cause difficulty in controlling the urine stream and sexual dysfunction later in life. This condition can not be treated with medicines. However it can be treated with surgery. The complications of surgery should be discussed with the concerned surgeon before taking a decision.
