Mind can create pain in any part of the body. As in case of stress bruxism occurs and it starts damaging teeth and there can be pain also due to frequent clenching of teeth in anxiety and stress. But to relate a particular tooth with your stress or mind is a difficult puzzle for me to solve.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. Decay between the teeth can also cause pain. You may need deep cleaning or root canal treatment & capping. Until then apply clove oil on the tooth. Rinse frequently with mouth wash.
