Apply hing on naval area to release gases. U may have hing and warm water together. Try to drink warm water the whole day. Dont have sprouted beans and avoid fizz drinks also. U may chew leaves of fresh pudina also.

Alone medicine won't work Go for morning and evening walk daily for good digestion and easy defication Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, maida containing items like biscuits toast bread khari, rice, besan, chana etc for few days Take Cap triphala by Himalaya 22 for 3 mths to regularise your bowels Cap wokride 15 1 on empty stomach for 15 days.

I am a 33 year old male. Initially the motion passage is normal for 3 to 4 mins. Later I start burping continuously and stomach gets blotted with uneasiness. After drinking water or sometimes without drinking water I pass loose motions with froth, sometimes very watery, most of the time with mucous. I almost spend an hour or so in the morning daily. I have avoided various food items like wheat, rice, vegetables, meat etc. I have seen almost most of the gastroenterologist from Top hospitals. Some say IBS and some say amebiasis. Non of the treatments have been successful and I have done almost all tests from Endoscopy, MRI Defecogram, Barium Enema, Colonoscopy, Liver test etc. Everything was normal. Inspite of all these treatments I'm not able to find relief. Throughout the day I have stomach cramtness with gas formation. I am not able to have any kind of food. Almost everything seems to be allergic. My appetite is normal no issues with it. I would like to get some advice to find relief for this problem. Please do let me know if anybody have solution for this.

For above complaints herbal medicine have very excellent results. You may consult with me for treatment. Drink warm water daily. Avoid cold water to drink.
After lunch drink a glass of butter milk.
Start tablet kutaj ghanwati 2 tabs twice daily.

1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning
2. Take more water in day
3. Take meals at fixed hrs
4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day.
5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food.
6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad
7. Avoid constipation
8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day
