Your problem indicates towards allergic rhinosinusitis. The best treatment is to avoide the triggers which causes it. You can always choose to wear the mask when outside. If it still occurs after that you can take some prescription medicines. Book a text consultation to obtain a prescription.

Hi, I can understand your concern. Its very common to have enlarged and painful lymph nodes during flu. Most of the time, the local lymph nodes enlarge due to any infection. Though there are other reasons, in your case it closely relates to the associated cold. Hope this answers your query.

Elevated lymphocytes usually indicates body is healing from an infection (viral/ bacterial) or any other inflammatory condition.
Since you do not have any complaints right now and said to had a history of seasonal flu recently, it can be the reason for your elevated lymphocytes.
