Your daughter has an infection and probably it is a respiratory infection. You need to give antibiotic to conquer the infection and stop the fever completely. Meftal and Feapnil are only accompaniments to reduce the fever and in reality, the fever causing infection needs to be controlled with an antibiotic

Increase intake of amla, guava, oranges, mosambi. 
 take hot saline gargles atleast 5 - 6 times a day, it will help to clear the throat . 
steam inhalation also helps to clear respiratory passages. 
sprinkling eucalyptus oil on the clothes and pillows while sleeping will help. 
elevating the upper body and head by propping up with 2 - 3 pillows at night will help to relieve post nasal drip which worsens dry cough.

hopefully that should be ok.
I would advise you not to take any anti-histaminics like cetrizine or allegra or monticope or something of such kind. - not advised in early pregnancy - to avoid damage to growing fetus
keep taking warm fluids
avoid all cold foods
instead use ginger with honey, ginger and black pepper tea
