No it doesn't matter which brand medicine you choose. You have been operated for mitral valve replacement for which you are taking an anticoagulant (noac or novel oral anticoagulant, so it requires dose adjustments from time to time. Hi,
your symptoms look more like allergic rhinitis or could be simple viral (flu). Please exclude any allergen that might have triggered your symptoms. Antibiotics do not play any role in such cases. Substitute cetirizine with tab allegra 120 mg twice a day for 4-5 days. Otrivin nasal drops twice a day for 3 days followed by steam.
