Hi! proper history is must ,fluoxetine take 6 to 8 week with with adequate dose upto 100 mg per day then we can say drug is not working so please reconsult your psychiatrist & review your treatment ,if it doesn't work then you will be switched to other ssri or snri drug.

Hi, agreed with Dr. saranaya's answer. I would like to add one more thing to her answer that you should take a few cognitive behavior therapy sessions from a good psychotherapist.
