There is absolutely no problem in having coffee with homeopathic medicines. Just keep a gap of 15 mins betwwen medicine and coffee.

Hello,

When a patient is suffering with TB , he needs to eat a well balanced diet which includes vegetables, fruits, pulses, whole grains, milk etc. It is advised not to take coffee or other caffeinated drinks . Also as the patient has diabetes it is advised to avoid high sugary stuff.

You can have without brushing but just rinsing your mouth with plain water. Also drinking plain water before tea / coffee helps less acid build build up in stomach. You must take 2-3 fibre biscuits or rusks with tea / coffee. Never take tea / coffee alone.

Consuming large amount of caffeine can cause many problems such as insomnia, headache, upset stomach, nervousness, vomiting, nausea etc. If you are over weight or want to reduce weight then go for a balanced diet. Avoid eating junk foods, oily foods, refined cereals etc. Try to indulge yourself in physical activities like walking, stretching, yoga etc. You can have maximum of 2-3 cups green tea in a day.

There is no easy way to lose weight. Adding or eliminating any one food item will not help in losing weight. Stil you should restrict sugar in your coffee. You have to exercise and eat healthy to lose weight off. Start by cutting out rice, baked items, bread, sugar and oily foods from your diet completely.
