Hye, Thanks for your query.
First of all no food will work in isolation in weight/fat loss.
It's a balanced diet that is important to fat loss. Remedies like green coffee don't help weight loss. They help replace unhealthy drinks and act as a detox which definitely will help better metabolism.
This will aid in your efforts to lose weight bit not in isolation. You have to eat the right foods at the right time.

There is no fixed rule to take coffee. It is good stimulant for brain but it decreases appetite so avoid taking coffee before meals. 1 cup in a day is sufficient.

Drinking plain water before tea / coffee helps less acid build build up in stomach. You must take 2-3 fibre biscuits or rusks with tea / coffee. Never take tea / coffee alone.

may be your coffee has more caffeine and that leads to increase in heart beat leading to stress and weakness
if this coffee doesn't suit you, try changing the beverage to something which is milder

Coffee contains caffeine, a stimulant. Thats why we drink it when we feel tired or sleepy. No particular advantage except when we have low bp. You can have 2-3 times in a day.
