That's happening with me since 5 years. Plzz suggest me what I do next for my nasal congestion during sleep?

Tonsil stones develop in your tonsils due to the accumulation of dead skin cells, bacteria, and food particles that get lodged in the crevices of the tonsils and then the salts from the saliva cause the deposits to calcify. Usually, tonsilloliths, as tonsil stones are also called, are harmless and do not require treatment. However, if you have bad breath or experience pain and discomfort, it is best to consult a doctor.

Yes, but the term is very ambiguous as there are many small steps with varied surgical techniques that are included in the term Septoplasty. Modern techniques have made packless endoscopic surgery with new age tools like LASERs, Microdebriders, Coblation Wands have transformed Septoplasty from a horribly painful surgery into a minimally invasive short-stay surgery that allows you to breathe nasally as soon as you regain consciousness in the recovery room!

Spondylitis includes swelling of the vertebra. It happens because of wear and tear of the ligament and bones found in your cervical spine, which is in your neck. While it is to a great extent because of age, it can be brought on by other reasons too. Side effects incorporate pain and stiffness starting from the neck to the lower back. The spine's bones (vertebrae) get fused, bringing about an unbending spine. These changes might be mellow or extreme, and may prompt a stooped-over posture. Some o...more
