For reducing your fatness on cheek few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout’s can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water

For having a good cheek Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

It is normal to have some nasal closure for first few weeks after the surgery. Your nasal passage and breathing should return to normal 2-3 weeks after surgery. The two grooves on either side of your cheek is because of overstimulation of your jaw muscle which is known as masseter muscle .also known as masseter hypertrophy which is because of continuously chewing of chewing gums .it's the same principle as you do more workout in gym to make more muscles.
