In ITP, the body's immune system, for unknown reasons, destroys healthy blood platelets. It also impairs the body's ability to produce platelets. Slowing the destruction of platelets is one approach to ITP treatment. Most treatments for ITP interfere with the immune system to help reduce platelet destruction. Some of these treatments are FDA approved for ITP and some are not. Many of these treatments are immunosuppressants.

See the report is not good. Your uterus has heterogenous consistency, for which any gynecologist will advise you to undergo d&c procedure with or without mri to rule out endometrial or uterine cancer. For time being please withhold the thoughts of getting pregnant, as first you need to take care of the current situation. And then if everything normal after d&c, then only can think about treatment of infertility. Consider this message as urgent to rule out cancer.
