Is circumcision the only option? Because I do not want to go for circumcision until its the only option available.

It is a normal phenomenon. It will subside in due course of time. This is because of sensitive glans penis which is being exposed .after circumcision.

As per your complain. Its not related to circumcision. Possibly you get urinary tract infection. As you said antibiotics taken by you get relieve than please continue the same antibiotics complete course of at least for 7 to 10 days, drink plenty of fluid.
