After circumcision there will be swelling for few days. Which subsided with time. You can continue zerodol sp for few more days. You can take chymoral forte tablet three times a day before meal for 5 days. Swelling will decrease. You should visit the operating surgeon once to rule out any infection, hematoma.

Actually, glans is very sensitive part. Before circumcision it was covered with skin so you could not feel any sensation. Now as it is exposed it has become hypersensitive. With in few days you will adapt to this and you will be ok. This is just normal.
