Maintain proper hygiene, take filtered water only.
No smoking, no alcohol if any.
Avoid outside spicy and fried food.
Walk about 3-5 kms daily.
There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep.
Small and frequent meals is of help
chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner.
Keep your blood sugar controlled.
Raise your bed about 4" from headend side.
Get your gastroendoscopy done.
Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

Give her normal diet according to her choice and tolerance. You can give a multivitamin supplement and also any protein powder like Ensure etc.
Tapping is required if ascites is so much that it hampers her breathing especially when lying down

Pancreatitis is normally treated conservatively ,no surgery is required.If you have some congenital abnormality in pancreatic duct then surgery may be needed.consult Gastroenterologist.

Pancreatitis is a serious problem don't try to treat it on your it can be very serios sometimes my advise is to consult a physician immediately and get under his treatment.

If you can't stop drinking nothing can be done for u. Pancreatitis has led to diabetes soon it will lead to renal failure too.
