Shoulder pain:
do’s and don’ts for shoulder pain
do’s do the prescribed exercise regularly to maintain strength, flexibility and range of motion.
Do keep the affected arm supported.
Use an ice pack for pain relief. Apply the ice pack 3-4 times a day for 10 minutes.
Don’ts don't sleep on the affected side. Don't lift heavyweight with the affected arm. Don't jerk your shoulder to avoid stress.
Don't use the arm to push yourself up in bed or from a chair.

Foot pain
flat foot that might trigger the pain always and however we treat that may not help. Hot water fermentation will help and that can be done by immersing the foot in hot water. Wear mcr chappals
you need to have sound sleep for you to have good nourishment and also have good energy throughout the day. If not the bones strength, vitality will be lost and that will lead to poor metabolism. Change your life style and practice good habits.

Apply diclofenac ointment gently and cover it with a cotton cloth for 5-10mins, clean it with warm water and do hot water fermentation, repeat this twice a day.
Maintain proper posture, avoid improper sitting which causes increase in pain. Do lower back strengthening exercises.

Taking medicines will also help reducing pain, but finding the root cause of the pain will help reduce the pain completely.
Since when you are suffering with this pain and any medicines taken, any xray or mri done please share the reports.
