Combo test is pretty accurate after 2 -3 weeks of exposure.
Though we do recommend a test repeat after 3 months as most antibody form after 3 months but it is false to say no test can detect hiv before 3 months.
It your initial day 3 and 1 month test is negative there are very less chance of 3 month test being positive.
Initial symptoms of hiv are flu like illness and they are non specific

This should be post exposure prophylaxis treatment.
Though it could be something else also.
Would need photo to be sjre
as initial test is not confirmatory. It could be false negative.
I would advice test again after 3 weeks which would decide whether to stop pep.
Also a final confirmatory test after 3 months of exposure

Advice betadine wash and bandage.
Tab amoxyclav 625 bd for 3 days
get tatanus vaccine is not vaccinated.
Get hhh test for initial screening and you may need to repeat test after 3 months of exposure

Unless you are sure of your partners hiv status, there is always risk of 0.1 percentage per exposure that is unprotected.
Best would be to get tested and if you are high risk take post exposure prophylaxis in 72 hours of exposure.

When a pt take pep of four dose it protects 9-10 months. Unable to say what you ask as this is not the dose.

Only way to get infected with hiv is getting in contact with body fluids of infected person.
If both of you are monogamous, and tested negative then you shouldn't get infected.

Best would be to repeat it after 3 months of exposure as three dot test is antibody based and it may not be accurate in early window period.

By kissing usually there is no chance of getting transmission of hiv. To be hundred percent sure recheck hiv combo duo test after 42 days of kissing.
