Thanx for asking. My advice. It's better to do exercise daily up-to 30-45 mints. Use green vegetables. Sipon cup of leuk warm water daily before going to sleep. Use one tsp husk of aspagol daily for one week. Take Qurs e mulaien twice a day up-to 15 days. Take 2 pices of figs in one glass of milk, boil the milk and use it before going to sleep. Daily 15 days. Don't use red met, chicken, shaljam (bitterguard)

You should go for tests stool r/m, stool c/s, Lft . blood sugar , Examination of the rectum and lower, or sigmoid, colon (sigmoidoscopy).Examination of the rectum and entire colon (colonoscopy).

Your constipation problem is not related to b12 deficiency. Follow the advice given below
1. Eat high fiber diet like fruits, vegetables, beans, boiled/sprouted moong dal, whole grain rice, whole wheat pasta, whole meal breads, oats.
2. Avoid foods which are high in fat. Choose lean meats like fish, chicken.
