Asked for male, 27 years old from Bijnor

Hello sir, I have sudden increase mild lipase level to 74u/l.normal in 64u/l its first time that's high. Amylase level always under 120 u/l.since 20 months I always check these levels. Now yesterday in the evening I have very disturbed my abdomen gas bloating pain. Pain after eating food. I have taken medicine enzar forte. I have pain in the abdominal muscle. Some pain in the back also. upper back. I'm in very tension please help. Always gas in the abdomen. Always fart passes. I'm very disturbed why lipase gets high the first time. My amylase never control. Some times both level control. On 15 june I have done this both were control but yesterday getting high. I'm in very tension will lipase normal in life because amylase disturbed me so much. I have bloating tomorrow gas pain. I have taken lotbof alcohol. before is thus pancreatitis. Or what. I have taken a lot of medicine but never helps. Now i'm disturb due to lipase. Please help.

My brother is 20 years old and he suffered from acute pancreatitis 3 months ago. He was admitted in hospital where he was kept nill by mouth and given ivf for 1 week. After that he was discharged from hospital and advised to take enzar hs capsule. After 2 months he was checked again and found it has not been cured yet. They performed mri and found that pancreas is badly damaged and there is well encapsulated t2 hyperintense collection with multiple t2 hypointense necrotic debris within is seen in the neck and head area of pancreas and middle portion is compressed. Although the reason for his pancreatitis has not been found as he is non alcoholic and there is no stone either. Doctors said it is not curable completely. He can develop diabetes, jaundice, fever because of this in future and he can again get the attack of pancreatitis. Doctors advised to continue taking enzar hs capsule and they will perform sonography every month to check if it is cured or not. So I want to ask is he undergoing right treatment? Isn't it curable completely?

Hi, at the age of 18 I was diagnosed with acute pancreatic due to lack of awareness I just neglected but at 23 I got type 2 diabetes ,for 1 year I got to know at its like chronic pancreatic, from last 2 n half years I got week my bone density has gone ,thin ,weight about 48 to 50 kg for last 6 months I have a problem with oily greasy stools and kind of foul smell and undergone lithotripsy surgery of stones ,at presently going with medications creon 10000, metformin and glimepiride some kind of soya protein powder now i'm near to 26 so I want to be healthy what I need to consume in my diet for whole life ,and to gain weight ,and body mass ,is it possible to do gem, what are precautions I need to take in daily life please suggest me thank you.
