- for B12 & vit D deficiency take food rich in these vitamins, also vit d can be obtained by exposure to sunlight for 10-15 min
- increased homocysteine level is an indicator of cardiovascular & cerebrovascular disease in future, it can be treated with folate, vit B6 & vit B12.

Vitamin B12 if taken through natural diet will be proved to be beneficial.
Supplements usually do not give proper supply of this particular vitamin.
Include low fat dairy products,soy and its products,shellfish,eggs,meat in your diet.
